Simple idea and would be great for homeless and people that need a quick shelter.
Turn your backpack into a shelter just as easy as pulling over your hoodie. It slides from the top of the back pack and shelters you from head to toe. You don't even need to remove the backpack while deploying your personal shelter.
It's water proof and allows you to see where you are going. It is reflective so others can see you in the dark. When the rain and cold has passed just shake off the water and food back into tour back pack. Just my idea.
