First take a dynamo which produce above 4 or 3 volt output and take a fan of 8 or 9 c.m. of diameter. The fan has 6 propellers and attach it to the dynamo. Then take 9 permanent magnets of 3 c.m. of diameter.
In every propeller of the fan there are 6 propellers. Glue a permanent magnet at 45 degrees to every propeller of the fan and every magnet's upper side will be same north or south.
Suppose the upper side is north side now we have only 3 magnets put all 3 magnet's north side over 3 c.m. of glue magnet's north side alternately at 45 degrees.
Now as we know that same side of magnets are repulsive. so the upper magnet over glue magnet repulse each other due to this repulse the propeller of fan which attach with dynamo will be in rotational motion and than dynamo produce electricity which will free energy.
